                               RESOLUTION NO. 18701
                   
                   
                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A 
                   TEMPORARY USE AGREEMENT AND LEASE WITH JAMES 
                   AND ALICE KEITH AS LESSEE FOR THE USE OF THE 
                   FOOD CONCESSION SPACE ON THE GROUND FLOOR OF 
                   CITY HALL FOR A PERIOD OF TWO (2) YEARS AT 
                   NO RENT.
                   
                   
                                                     
                   
                   
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the execution of a Temporary Use 
       Agreement and Lease with James and Alice Keith as lessee for the 
       use of the food concession space on the ground floor of City Hall 
       for a period of 2 years at no rent be and is hereby authorized, 
       said use being deemed a service to the employees of the City of 
       Chattanooga.
